At Lively, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Lively account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, then securely seal the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
